Description

🏠 Wall Drying – Electromagnetic Damp-Proof Device ATE LC30 Pulse White

Humidity is a common problem, often linked to rising damp: water present in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar), especially in older buildings without a damp-proof course. Result: damp walls, mold, salt deposits, odors, and discomfort.

It is a wall damp-proof device designed to help with the drying of damp walls and the treatment of rising damp, without chemical injections and without invasive work. This limited-edition model, with an exclusive design, offers the same technical performance as the standard versions, with a more discreet style.

Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion technology, this system acts at the source of the issue and supports gradual action over time on moisture in masonry.

✅ Key Benefits of the ATE LC30 Pulse

  • Operating radius: 15 meters

  • Covered diameter: 30 meters

  • Continuous operation, silent, maintenance-free

  • French manufacturing – 10-year warranty

  • Fast and free delivery

This system is a durable and discreet solution to protect your home from humidity and improve indoor air quality.

🏠 ATE LC30 PULSE White – Electromagnetic Device for Wall Drying

An Innovative Solution Against Wall Humidity

Humidity in walls is a common problem that can affect the building structure, cause mold, and increase heating costs. One of the main causes is rising damp. Water present in the ground rises by capillary action through porous wall materials (bricks, stones, etc.) when no waterproof barrier was installed during construction.

✅ ATE LC30 PULSE: A Modern Solution

It is an electromagnetic polarity inverter designed to dry walls naturally and progressively, without drilling or injecting chemical products.

Thanks to certified technology, this electronic unit generates low impulses at very low frequency that reverse the polarity of water molecules. Moisture is then pushed back toward the ground, helping to treat rising damp and promote long-lasting drying.

⚙️ How the Device Works

A damp wall naturally emits an upward electrical field. This device creates an opposite field, reversing the direction of water movement inside the wall. Drying then occurs through natural evaporation.

✔️ This process is silent, vibration-free, maintenance-free, and compatible with old or fragile walls.

📈 Benefits of the ATE LC30 PULSE

  • ✅ Treats rising damp at the source

  • ✅ Visible effects within 18 to 24 months (depending on the building and monitoring)

  • ✅ No harmful effects on health (non-harmful waves)

  • ✅ Very low power consumption: 0.75W (~€15/year)

  • ✅ 10-year manufacturer warranty

  • ✅ Made in France

  • ✅ Fast and free delivery

  • Power supply: 12V – Power consumption: 0.75 W

  • Easy installation: mounts like a wall frame

  • Compatibility: load-bearing walls only (not on dry lining)

Certifications:

  • Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU

  • EMC 2014/30/EU

  • RoHS 2011/65/EU

  • WEEE 2012/19/EU

  • EMF Certificate (non-harmful waves – Emitech laboratory)

🛠️ Installation Recommendations

  • Ideal location: on a damp wall between 30 cm and 1 m in height, at least 1.50 m away from any electronic device

  • Fixing: directly on a load-bearing or partition wall

  • Connection: must remain plugged in continuously to a power outlet

  • Surface coverage: check the maximum diagonal of the building (30 m max)

🔄 Tips for Optimal Drying

  • Remove film-forming coatings up to 10 cm above damaged areas

  • Properly ventilate the home (natural or mechanical ventilation)

  • Check doors/windows: undercut clearance and air vents

  • Restore plaster with suitable materials, such as lime plaster with salt-resistant additives

  • Add drainage if needed in case of lateral water infiltration caused by hydrostatic pressure

⚠️ Important to Know

Results depend on the type of walls, their thickness, their coating, and compliance with the recommendations.

This device does not treat water infiltration, flooding, or surface mold. These causes must be treated separately.
