Description

🏠 ATE MAX Light Grey – Wall Drying System Against Dampness

Premium solution for wall dampness and rising damp treatment

Wall dampness is a common issue, often linked to rising damp: water present in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar). This can lead to damp walls, mold, salt deposits, odors, and reduced comfort.

This is a wall damp treatment device designed to help dry out damp walls and treat rising damp, without invasive work, drilling, or chemical injections. Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion technology, it acts at the source of the problem and promotes gradual action over time.

This model offers a very wide coverage area: up to a 30 m radius (60 m diameter), making it suitable for large surfaces, older homes, and areas heavily exposed to dampness.

⚙️ How It Works

Damp walls naturally generate an electrical potential difference, which encourages water to rise from the ground. This device emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the polarity of water molecules present in porous materials (bricks, stones, etc.). This reversal forces moisture to move back down by gravity toward the foundations.

This process is silent, continuous, and non-intrusive.

🎯 Expected Results

Results are generally visible within 18 to 24 months, depending on the condition of the building, the wall composition, and compliance with the recommendations.

A properly dried wall regains its thermal performance, which reduces heat loss and therefore heating costs.

🛠️ Installation Recommendations

Installation height: between 30 cm and 1 m from the floor on a damp wall

Minimum distance: 1.50 m from any electrical device

Required support: load-bearing wall or structural partition wall (never on plasterboard lining)

Fixing: like a wall frame – do not move once installed

Permanent connection required (very low consumption)

💡 For Optimal Results

🔧 Remove film-forming coatings

Remove them 10 to 20 cm above the damp area so the wall can breathe.

💨 Ventilate your home properly

Install or check the presence of a VMC system, window air vents, and properly undercut doors (1.5 to 2 cm).

🧱 Restore the walls after drying

Remove salts from the surface, then redo the plaster with an anti-salt additive (lime recommended).

🌧 Install drainage if necessary

In case of lateral infiltration, drainage helps evacuate water before it reaches the foundations.

⚠️ Important

This device is designed to treat rising damp. It cannot eliminate active water infiltration, flood-related damage, or visible mold: these issues require additional treatments.
