Description
🏠 ATE MAX Black – Wall Drying System Against Dampness
Wall drying – Premium solution to treat capillary moisture
Wall dampness is a common issue, often linked to rising damp: water contained in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar). This can lead to damp walls, mold, salt deposits, odors, and a loss of thermal comfort.
It is a wall damp-proof device designed to help with the drying of damp walls and the treatment of rising damp, without chemical injections and without invasive work. Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity reversal technology, it acts at the source of the phenomenon with a gradual effect over time.
With its wide coverage (up to a 60 m diameter), it is especially suitable for large areas, old buildings, and zones highly exposed to dampness.
⚙️ How does the ATE MAX work?
Each wall naturally creates an electrical potential difference with the ground, which encourages moisture to rise. This system emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the polarity of the water present in the walls.
Water molecules reorient and move back down toward the foundations, which triggers a gradual, natural drying of the materials—without altering the building’s structure.

🎯 Results and effectiveness
With correct installation and by following our recommendations, wall drying generally takes 18 to 24 months, depending on the building configuration.
A dry wall also provides better insulation and a noticeable reduction in heating needs.
🛠️ Installation tips and recommendations
Install at a height of 30 cm to 1 m above the floor, on a damp load-bearing wall (never on plasterboard or lining).
Keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m from any electrical or electronic device.
It must remain plugged in continuously (very low consumption).
Do not move the device once installed.
💡 For optimal results:
🔧 1. Remove film-forming coatings:
Remove waterproof renders or sealed paints about 10 cm above the damaged area to allow the wall to “breathe”.
💨 2. Ventilate the home properly:
Install or check mechanical ventilation (VMC) or ensure natural ventilation (doors undercut by 1.5 to 2 cm, window vents).
🧱 3. After drying:
Brush the walls to remove hygroscopic salts. Then use lime plaster with an anti-salt additive to prevent future salt migration.
🌧 4. Install drainage if necessary:
In case of lateral infiltration, a drain may be required to prevent moisture from returning due to hydrostatic pressure.
⚠️ Please note
This system is designed to treat rising damp. It does not replace:
Treatment for water infiltration through cracks or leaks
Management of existing mold or flooding
These issues must be handled in parallel to ensure optimal results.
