Description
🏠 ATE LC15 Light Grey – Wall Drying System Against Humidity
Electronic wall drying: an innovative and effective solution against humidity
Humidity in walls is often linked to rising damp: water contained in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar), especially in buildings without a damp-proof course. This phenomenon can lead to damp walls, salt deposits, mold, odors, and discomfort.
It is a wall damp-proof device designed to help with the drying of damp walls and the treatment of rising damp, without drilling and without chemical injections. Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion technology, it acts at the source of the issue and supports gradual action over time on moisture in masonry.
⚙️ How does the ATE LC15 work?
Damp walls generate a natural electrical potential difference that promotes the upward movement of water. This device neutralizes this effect by emitting a very low-frequency electromagnetic field, which changes the orientation of water molecules.
Moisture is thus pushed back toward the ground, then removed through natural evaporation, without damaging the wall.

🛠️ Installation recommendations
Ideal location: at a height of 30 cm to 1 m from the floor, on a damp load-bearing wall (never on plasterboard or dry lining).
Minimum distance: at least 1.50 m from any electrical device.
Installation: wall-mounted (like a frame) and continuous connection.
Area to cover: check that the 15 m diameter properly covers the room or area to be treated.
💡 Tips for an optimal result
Remove film-forming coatings (paint, waterproof render) 10 to 20 cm above damaged areas.
Ventilate the home: install suitable ventilation and ensure sufficient door undercut.
After drying, remove hygroscopic salts from the surface by brushing, then redo the plaster with lime plaster and an anti-salt additive.
Provide drainage if lateral infiltration is present (hydrostatic pressure).
📅 Expected results
By following these recommendations, full wall drying is generally achieved within 18 to 24 months, depending on the structure, building condition, and compliance with the guidelines.
⚠️ Important
This system does not treat active water infiltration, flooding, or mold. These issues must be treated separately to ensure a long-lasting result.
