Description
🏠 ATE LC30 Black – Wall Drying System Against Humidity
Wall drying – The effective electromagnetic solution against capillary moisture
Humidity in walls is a common problem, often linked to rising damp: water contained in the ground naturally rises through porous materials (brick, stone, mortar, render). This phenomenon can lead to damp walls, mold, salt deposits, aesthetic damage, and thermal discomfort.
This system is a wall damp-proof device designed to help with the drying of damp walls and the treatment of rising damp, without chemical injections and without invasive work. Thanks to its electromagnetic polarity inversion technology, it acts at the source of the issue and supports gradual action over time on moisture in masonry.
⚙️ How does the ATE LC30 work?
Each wall generates a natural electrical potential difference that attracts moisture upward. It emits low electromagnetic impulses at very low frequency that reverse the polarity of these fields: water molecules then move back down into the foundations by gravity.
This process works continuously, silently, autonomously, and without maintenance.

🎯 Results and effectiveness
By following our recommendations, significant drying is generally observed within 18 to 24 months, depending on the building structure, wall condition, and correct application of the guidelines.
A dry wall also recovers its natural insulating capacity, which helps reduce heating needs.
🛠️ Our installation recommendations
Installation height: between 30 cm and 1 m from the floor on a load-bearing wall or structural partition wall only
Distance: at least 1.50 m from any electronic device
Fixing: hang it on the wall like a frame, without moving it afterward
Permanent connection: the device operates continuously (very low consumption)
💡 Tips to optimize drying
Remove film-forming coatings 10 to 20 cm above damp areas
Ventilate properly: install mechanical ventilation, air vents, or check door undercuts
After drying: brush hygroscopic salts off the surface, then redo plaster with an anti-salt additive
Drain if needed: if the wall is subject to lateral infiltration, installing drainage is recommended
⚠️ Please note
This process does not treat:
Pressurized water infiltration (e.g., roof leaks, flooding)
Mold already present on surfaces
These issues must be handled separately.
