Wall drying with the ATE LC15 – Electromagnetic device against capillary dampness

ATE LC15 Wall Drying Device – The compact electromagnetic solution against dampness

Designed specifically to treat rising damp in buildings, this device is compact, discreet and easy to install. It is an innovative solution for improving indoor air quality and preserving the integrity of building materials.

Thanks to its low-frequency electromagnetic technology, this device reverses the natural polarity of water molecules in porous materials, which helps push moisture present in the walls back down toward the ground. It offers a coverage area of 15 meters in diameter (7.5 m radius), ideal for medium-sized spaces.

Main features:

  • Electromagnetic polarity reverser

  • Targeted treatment of wall dampness

  • Wall anti-damp device without chemicals

  • Autonomous, silent and continuous operation

  • Simple installation on a grounding outlet, without drilling

  • No maintenance required

Manufacturing & performance:

  • Made in France

  • Compatible with houses, cellars, garages and older buildings

  • Observable results in 18 to 24 months depending on conditions

  • Durable solution, respectful of the building

This system is particularly suitable for medium-sized areas facing wall dampness problems. It is an effective alternative to traditional methods, without requiring invasive work.

How the ATE LC15 polarity reverser fights wall dampness

How the ATE LC15 polarity reverser works: an effective solution against wall dampness

Water molecules are polarized, with a positive pole and a negative pole, which naturally causes them to orient upward and penetrate walls through capillary action. The electromagnetic polarity reverser works by emitting very low-frequency waves, reversing this polarity to push water molecules back down toward the ground, especially moisture caused by rising damp.

This solution is particularly effective for treating wall dampness. However, it is essential to note that it does not solve problems related to infiltration, flooding or mold, which require specific solutions and separate treatment.

It operates continuously with very low energy consumption (around 0.75 W), representing an annual cost of about €15.
