Before installation
Check the delivered model and find its matching manual. Prepare a plan of the area and the proposed position. If the moisture cause is uncertain or an installation requirement cannot be met, clarify the issue before proceeding. An instruction for another reference should not be used as a substitute.
During preparation
Follow the manufacturer’s power and positioning instructions. Do not copy an adjustment from a video for another model. Where a mains supply is involved and electrical conditions are doubtful, ask a competent person to assess them. Improvisation is not equivalent to meeting a documented installation condition.
After positioning
Retain purchase documents and record the date of installation. Identify the areas to monitor and record other changes in the building. Installation does not mean that every material immediately becomes dry or that unrelated water sources have disappeared. Keep follow-up observations separate from general advertising claims.
